Benoit ANDRIANNE, CEO
Benoît Andrianne has been working for more than 25 years in the Luxembourg fund industry. He has been appointed since 2006 for several mandates of investment funds director by international fund promoters in the UK, USA, Switzerland, France, Spain and Portugal.
Benoit is the founder and managing director of I.D. Associates, a Luxembourg-based company focusing on Investment Fund consulting services and independent directorship.
Benoit is a successful innovative start-ups developer. He previously created AB Fund Services, a fully independent CSSF licensed company which was sold to Kinetic Partners Group (now Kroll) in 2013 and Docunify, a Luxembourg based web application targeting paperless collaboration for multiple counterparties and teams which was sold to VBS Luxembourg (part of Poste Luxembourg) in 2019.
Prior to creating AB Fund Services, Benoît worked for Société Générale Securities Services (Groupe Société Générale) and for Kredietbank S.A. Luxembourg where he was in charge of the third party fund business development, fund technical structuring and process optimization.
Benoît Andrianne was born in Verviers, Belgium in 1975 and has a master in finance from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC).
Francois GERARD, Partner
François has been working for more than 20 years in the Luxembourg fund industry.
Since 2014 he has been officiating as CSSF approved liquidator for multiple Luxembourg investment fund structures and since 2022 as a CSSF authorized investment funds director.
François has worked as an auditor for PwC Luxembourg for 13 years on a wide range of Investment Fund clients in terms of origin (UK, Spain, French, Japan, Switzerland and USA) and strategy (classic, fund of fund, credit fund, index replication, private equity, …)
François worked as well as CFO and Associate Director at AB Fund Services Luxembourg– a fully independent CSSF licensed company sold to Kinetic Partners (now Kroll) in 2013.
François was born in Liège, Belgium in 1979 and has a master in commercial engineering and finance from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) as well as a certificate of Expert Comptable from the University of Luxembourg.

Camille MERNIER, CFO & regulatory
Camille has been working on the fund and regulatory business in Luxembourg since 2009. After joining AB Fund Services as a trainee, Camille progressively specialised in Fund investment compliance, risk management and reporting to the Board of Directors.
When Kinetic Partners (now 'Kroll'), a London-based consulting firm, acquired AB Fund Services back in 2011, Camille took more lead on compliance and reporting before co-founding, in 2013, I.D. Associates with Benoit Andrianne.
Camille is a partner of Butterfly Global Srl, idassociates' main shareholder and a member of the board of directors of a Belgian non-profit organization, Hippopassion, whose objective is to bring therapeutic support to lightly or heavy handicapped people thanks to the relation with horses.
Camille was born in Namur, Belgium, in 1987 and has a Master in Economics from the Hautes Ecole de Commerce (ICHEC) in Brussels.
Frederic THEMANS, head of idaccounting & tax services sarl
Frederic has been working for more than 19 years in the Luxembourg market, including 14 years at major fiduciaries (Alter Domus, Link Asset Services, previously named CAPITA Luxembourg and Value Partners). During this time, Frederic had the opportunity to work on a wide range of clients from traditional commercial companies to Private Equity and Real Estate - and for different legislations (Europe, USA and Asia).
After this period, he expanded his knowledge in IT software and processes as a software provider where he became team lead (Referent) for the team of software provider. During this 5-year period, he had the opportunity to gain an overview of various types of work and propose implementations after conducting thorough business analysis to apply the best solution with different software.
Frederic was born in Liège, Belgium in 1983 and holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy finalized from ITELA Arlon, as well as a certificate of Expert Comptable from the University of Luxembourg.

Anais WINAND, Fund liquidation services
Anaïs has been working for more than 6 years in the Luxembourg market as an auditor at PwC Luxembourg.
She worked on a wide range of client especially in Alternative Investments Funds with different strategy (Fund of Fund, Private Debt, classic,...) and Operational companies.
Anaïs was born in Libramont-Chevigny, Belgium in 1996 and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting banking and financing from Haute Ecole Robert Schuman (HERS) Libramont-Chevigny.
She is currently preparing to obtain the certificate of Expert Comptable from the University of Luxembourg.
Arnaud BONHOMME, Office Manager
Arnaud joined ID Associates as Corporate Manager, where he is involved in the administrative follow-up and day-to-day organisation of the firm’s activities. His role focuses on supporting internal operations and ensuring that processes run smoothly across the team.
With a background in communication and digital content creation, he brings versatility and attention to detail to his administrative tasks.
In his previous work as a streamer and content creator, Arnaud also took part in several charity events, including Sidaction and CAP48, highlighting his personal commitment to meaningful causes.
Arnaud was born in Verviers, in 1997 and holds a bachelor’s degree in insurance.
